Scheduled Servicing & Maintenance

Prevention is better than cure — and regular servicing will keep your machine performing at its best, reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns, and significantly extend the life of your equipment.

We offer scheduled servicing for commercial machines (ideal for cafés looking to set up a regular maintenance plan) and one-off servicing for both commercial and domestic machines. A standard service includes a full strip-down, cleaning, descaling, replacement of wear components, calibration, and a thorough test to make sure everything is dialled in.

We also service and maintain coffee grinders and electric tampers — often overlooked, but just as important to the quality of your coffee.

Repairs & Diagnostics

If your coffee machine has stopped working, is pulling poor shots, leaking, or behaving strangely, we'll come to you and diagnose the problem on the spot. We carry a comprehensive range of spare parts so most repairs can be completed in a single visit — minimising disruption to your café or your morning routine.

We service and repair all major commercial espresso machine brands including La Marzocco, Kees Van Der Westen, Slayer, Synesso, Sanremo, Victoria Arduino, Nuova Simonelli, Rocket, and Expobar, as well as grinders from Mazzer, Mahlkonig, and Anfim.

For domestic machines, we service most quality espresso machines and coffee grinders. Please note we are currently unable to assist with fully automatic "bean-to-cup" machines from brands like Breville, Sunbeam, and DeLonghi.

We also have a soft spot for lever and vintage machines — if you have an older machine that needs some love, we understand the care these require and are happy to discuss what's possible.

Repairs are backed by our 3-month guarantee. All parts used are genuine OEM components.

After Hours Call-outs

A machine breakdown before a busy morning service is a nightmare. That's why we offer after-hours call-outs across Melbourne — so you're not stuck waiting until 9am to get help.

Installation and Deinstallation

Opening a new café? Upgrading your equipment? Moving premises? We offer professional coffee machine installation and deinstallation across Victoria. We'll deliver, install, and set everything up so you're ready to serve from day one — and we'll make sure it's done right.
